Reduced entry fee for Doubling up at the
Cardiff Head of the Taff 2012
The Doubling-up discount is conditional on the following :-
- All entries & payment must be received by the closing date on Sunday 26th Feb at 3.00pm
- The discount applies to individuals and not just to crews – so names on the entries must be correct.
- Payments after the closing date will be at the full £9 for all entries.
- Payment online will be at the full price (because OARA cannot handle two prices) and a cheque will be given to the club at the event to cover the discount.
- Payment by cheque can be at the amended price provided it is received on time and the people doubling up are listed by the club with the cheque.
- No refunds will be issued for scratching entries.

Junior Events – Cardiff Head of the Taff
In response to suggestions from club representatives, the Junior events at the Cardiff Head of the Taff on the 3rd March 2012 will start just downstream of the tunnels, reducing the distance to aprox 2500m. This will ensure that racing is far more consistent and the risks of navigating the tunnels and the Canton Road bridge are eliminated.
This does not affect the senior events and the timing of the junior events will remain unchanged with divisions at 11.00am and 2.00pm
